Granting Freedom Program
Granting Freedom is focused on providing home modifications for disabled veterans and service members who sustained a line-of-duty injury that resulted in a service-connected disability.

Veterans Affairs Loans
Virginia Housing offers a VA-guaranteed federal government loan for homebuyers. If you’re eligible for this loan, you’re also eligible for Virginia Housing’s Closing Cost Assistance Grant. Some veterans who qualify may receive 100% financing.

Homebuyer Education
We partner with military financial educators to offer you onsite military homebuyer education classes. These classes cover personal finances, credit and credit reporting, working with lenders and real estate agents and more.
